Responsibilities
Develop and improve training curricula for both G Suite and Copper CRM and constituent modules in line with vendor recommendation, best practices and training feedback.
Manage and run the BusinessCom Academy.
Ensure all training prerequisites are available e.g projectors, internet, refreshments.
Administer training feedback questionnaires , collect and analyse training feedback for quality improvement.
Administer training to different and diverse groups of users on customer site or in the BusinessCom Academy on G Suite and Copper CRM.
Prepare training schedules and calendar and share will all relevant staff and customers.
Partner with the Management & Sales Team to develop strategies to increase participation rates, decrease cancellations and no-shows, meet customer demand using member reporting data.
Create ongoing business opportunities by offering retraining and establishing learning relationships with customers.
Own customer coordination and welcome process.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Education or related field.
At least 3 years experience in training
Experience developing training material
Preferred Skills
Understanding of the technology and cloud computing market.
Ability to build influential relationships and work towards goals in a cross-functional/matrixed environment.
Ability to effectively operate with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
Effective written/verbal communication and presentation skills, and strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
The Academy trainer will provide customers with training & support for a broad level of users, empowering users to learn, create, and share.
