What You Will Do:The Account Manager will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. This individual is responsible for the management and development of client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients while assuring focus on key client objectives and delivering appropriate resources. The individual must demonstrate solid business judgment and sound strategic thinking. Responsibilities:Strengthen relationship with key clients, by establishing/maintaining communications and protocols. Serve as the single point of contact for the client and provide service that exceeds expectations, measured through a client scorecard, and assessed in quarterly business reviews. Responsible for project management and meeting day-to-day needs of client. Establish client account plan and implement quarterly business reviews. Work with finance, sourcing, and other internal departments to ensure all client goals are being met (budget, timelines, media performance and client reporting). Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost Vivabox brand awareness. Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies. Analyze result, industry information and competitive landscape to identify trends and determine the appropriate marketing strategy for each campaign both domestic and international. Who You Are:Requirements: Proven account management or other relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Ability to travel up to 50%. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment. Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity. Ability to prioritize among competing tasks. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent time and project management skills. Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite.
