Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships within the HR sector
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned HR accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support
Understand client needs & objectives, providing tailored HR solutions to meet their specific requirements
Regularly meet with clients to discuss their HR needs, address concerns & identify opportunities for growth
Account Growth & Development
Identify & pursue opportunities to expand services within existing HR accounts
Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to develop strategies for account growth & new client acquisition
Negotiate contracts & agreements to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction
Monitor account performance, analyze data, & report on key metrics to ensure targets are met
HR Expertise
Provide expert advice on HRrelated matters, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, & organizational development
Stay updated on HR industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to offer clients the most relevant and effective solutions
Work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services to clients
Project Management
Oversee the implementation of HR projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope & to the satisfaction of the client
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized HR solutions that align with client goals
Manage multiple accounts & projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks & managing time effectively
Client Satisfaction
Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely & professional manner
Conduct regular client feedback sessions to assess satisfaction levels and implement improvements where necessary
Ensure high levels of client retention through exceptional service & relationship management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar clientfacing role, with a focus on HR
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements
Ability to manage multiple clients & projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving skills & attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
