Job Summary

The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for most book keeping duties in a small but busy manufacturing operation.

Minimum Qualification:Diploma
Experience Level:Entry level
Experience Length:No Experience/Less than 1 year
Job Description

Duties and responsibilities.
•Will be responsible for
invoicing, recording expenses, managing petty cash, bank
reconciliations, working with warehouse to manage inventories, working
with sales team on debtors' management and preparation of periodic
reports.

Qualifications required.
•Minimum
qualification is a diploma in a business related field and CPA 2. One
year experience in an accounts office would be desirable.
•Key attributes: Integrity, attention to detail and team work.
