Responsibilities and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in finance or related field.
Experience of handling accounts payables in the travel industry.
Familiarity with IATA payment processes or experience in handling IATA transactions is highly desirable.
3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in effective purchase ledger management.
Strong attention to detail with experience in managing supplier expectations.
General experience working in a small accounts team is preferred.
Ability to work independently while also supporting team colleagues when needed.
Adaptable and flexible approach to work, as daily tasks may vary based on workload.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and possess strong communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, utilizing initiative to prioritize workloads effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward improving internal efficiencies and supplier relations.
Willingness to follow instructions while also contributing innovative ideas and solutions.
