The Offer Role involving team management opportunities Great work culture Attractive compensation package The Job You will be responsible for : Oversee all aspects of administration for the Company. Creating, maintaining, communicating and ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and best practices with respect to various business processes. Documenting all financial transactions and monitoring company accounts. Managing account receivables and payables, posting financial transactions to the accounting system and making bank deposits. Handling monthly payroll administration. Project managing office renovations or new office set-ups. The Profile You have at least 1 year experience within a Head of Administration role, ideally within the Consumer industry. You are organised and have good interpersonal skills. You ideally have prior accounting experience. You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint). You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
