Key Responsibilities: Oversee the smooth functioning of daily office activities and logistics support.Manage office schedules, meetings, and communication systems.Supervise administrative staff, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews.Coordinate with operations teams to ensure efficient movement of goods and supplies.Maintain documentation related to fleet management, transportation, and warehousing.Ensure the office adheres to company policies and government regulations.Manage and file regulatory documents and licenses.Monitor inventory levels and procurement of office supplies.Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities.Prepare and manage budgets for administrative functions.Track expenses and optimize cost-efficiency.Provide assistance to senior managers, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.Maintain confidential records and manage executive correspondence.Develop contingency plans for administrative processes during emergencies.Act as the point of contact for addressing office-related issues.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Administration Manager or in a similar role at least for five years.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS office.
