In view of this, we have an opening for the position of an Administrator who is passionate about people and growing brands.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day company operations as well as offer Customer support to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities
The Administrator will undertake the following tasks:**
• Coordinate office activities to enhance efficiency and compliance with company policies,
• Manage all office correspondence including email, postage and packages,
• Support budgetary and bookkeeping activities,
• Create, file and update records with personnel, client and any other data as required,
• Prepare proposals and presentations as requested,
• Coordinate recruitment of additional Staff as needed,
• Ensure the Staff have what they need to stay motivated and productive,
• Actively engage clients through live chat, email or phone and respond to them accordingly,
• Assist clients with general inquiries as well as any technical issues that might arise and escalating them to the right persons for resolution,
• Handling of any other tasks that might be allocated from time to time.
Qualifications and Skill set
• Advanced Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Customer Service, Marketing, Communication or related field
• Certification in Human Resource Management and Customer Care/Service (an added advantage)
• Data management and analytics skills
• Working knowledge of live chat systems, phone and email
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications as well as Google docs
• Hands on experience with CRM tools
• A minimum 5+ working experience in an Administrative role in a fairly busy business environment,
• Customer service experience an added advantage
• Between 28 to 35 years of age
