VINCI Construction Terrassement is a company specializing in the construction of infrastructure and improvements, with earthwork as its core business. We manage large or small projects in France thanks to our network of agencies. VINCI Construction Terrassement is also present on the international scene through a major works activity.
In this context, VINCI Construction Terrassement is working on a € 1.3 billion PPP motorway project in Kenya consisting of transforming the existing main road into a 2x2 lane motorway, covering 175 kilometers. The construction works, lasting 42 months, will be carried out by a consortium of companies made up of VINCI Construction subsidiaries. This project will improve road safety, and reduce travel times on a strategic axis connecting the capital Nairobi and the towns of Nakuru and Mau Summit. Crossing the Rift Valley, the highway will also serve as a gateway for tourism development in the region.
