Agronomist

Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma in Agriculture/Horticulture from a recognized institution
• Have at least 3 years’ experience as an agronomist in a busy working environment.
• Experience in managing a medium/large horticulture farm will be an added advantage.
• Must be willing to work anywhere in Kenya where company farms are located
• Clear understanding of the industry requirements.
• Knowledge of good Agricultural Practices (GAP).
• Must have good communication and reporting skills.
• Must have people management skills.
• Must have excellent presentation and report writing skills
