Responsible for managing and improving the agricultural practices involved in the cultivation of avocados for packaging and oil production.
This role includes overseeing avocado farm operations, providing technical expertise on soil health, irrigation, pest control, and crop management to optimize the quality and yield of avocado harvests.
The Agronomist collaborates with farmers, farm managers, and production teams to ensure sustainable and efficient farming practices that align with the company's quality standards.
Diploma, or Bachelor Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science or a related field.
Solid and proven analytical background with an ability to conduct soil and crop analysis, research development and pest and weed management.
At least 3 years hands-on experience on crop, farming system or agricultural research.
