Braun Management is expanding its support team for documentation quality assurance.
We are looking for an AI Quality Control Assistant currently based in Kenya to handle a consistent volume of internal document reviews.
This role is a part-time contract engagement created to maintain the high standards of accuracy required for our executive consulting reports.
About Braun Management Braun Management works with executive teams in German-speaking Europe to solve organizational problems that internal teams have struggled to fix.
We specialize in areas where the reality of how a company operates no longer matches its official structure.
This often involves unglamorous but essential work, such as untangling reporting lines, clarifying decision rights, and addressing performance gaps in specific business units or regions.
Rather than offering vague advice, we focus on evidence-based insights that lead to concrete trade-offs.
We are often brought in for restructuring, post-merger integration, or when a company scaling efforts have outpaced its original operating model.
Our work is precise and frequently involves navigating the specific governance challenges of the DACH region, such as works councils and two-tier boards.
We pride ourselves on telling leadership teams what they need to hear, even when it is uncomfortable.
By providing a clear outside perspective, we help organizations move from vague strategic direction to real operational clarity.
Every member of our team contributes to the rigorous analysis and clear writing that our clients expect from us.
About the role This position helps verify the factual integrity of drafts that have been partially prepared with automated assistance.
You will participate in the internal report review cycle, ensuring that client-deliverable consulting reports are clear and consistent.
Reporting to the editorial manager, you will coordinate with project analysts to verify that every statement in a board-level memo or advisory briefing is backed by source materials.
The work is structured around specific review phases within our wider consulting engagements, providing an essential layer of quality control for our high-stakes business documentation.
What you will do Review consulting report drafts and internal research summaries against source documents, including interview transcripts and primary data sets.
Check claims within documents for factual accuracy and identify any statements that are unclear or unsupported by the evidence provided.
Follow detailed review instructions to verify that naming conventions, regional DACH terminology, and governance details are applied correctly.
Document recurring issues found in automated drafts to help improve our internal documentation workflows.
Escalate ambiguous cases or complex factual contradictions to the editorial manager for a second review.
Maintain consistency across repeated review tasks by utilizing our internal style guide and review checklist.
Update the project tracker regularly to show the progress of assigned document batches.
What we are looking for A university degree or equivalent professional background in a field requiring high attention to detail.
Two to three years of experience in proofreading, editorial quality assurance, business writing, or research support.
Exceptional written English skills with the ability to spot subtle errors in logic or phrasing.
Familiarity with business terminology or corporate governance is a distinct advantage.
Logical thinking and a methodical approach to checking detailed information.
A resident of Kenya with a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
What the role offers Fully remote work on a part-time contract basis.
A commitment of 20 hours per week with a consistent schedule.
Payment is managed monthly in USD as an independent contractor engagement.
Exposure to the professional standards expected by executive boards in the DACH region.
Initial contract duration of six months with a view toward a longer project-based engagement.
Compensation will be disclosed during the interview stage.
We look for individuals who enjoy solving complex organizational puzzles and writing about them with clarity.
Our team values those who can focus on the small details that make a significant difference in the final quality of our professional deliverables.
