The Area Administrator (AA) is responsible for assisting the Area Manager in the Area Operations. The AA focuses on generating revenue by achieving sales targets, scaling operations in the Area and guaranteeing high quality customer loan portfolio; optimal cost Area operations, which are in line with the national strategy.
Responsibilities
Implementing the sales operational strategy for the Area, as well as alignment with the national sales targets and strategy
Implementing the Area Sales and Marketing campaigns in liaison with the marketing team as well as adopting those initiated by other Areas
Recruiting Sales Agents, Organizing sales activities and functions in the field to achieve targets, Selling, revenues and desired quality of sales
Taking actions to correct sales target and operational shortfalls
Implementation of operational management strategy, including educating Team members in applicable policies, guidelines, processes and procedure so that it can be reciprocated downwards
Providing information to customers about Mobisol products and services and the appropriate use of the Solar Home System (SHS)
Completing the customer qualification check via the Mtawi online application
Filling in and explaining the customer contract, and ensuring the required documents are valid and complete
Finalizing sales through the physical handover and its documentation using Mtawi
Providing IT contact information for customer to arrange appointment for the SHS's installation & explaining after-sales service to the customer
Displaying Mobisol SHS and appliances as instructed and ensuring a shop appearance in line with MobiShop-related guidelines
Organizing all documents in designate folders (logistics documents and customer contract)
Reporting hub/Area expenses to the Area Manager
Updating the inventory (daily) and reporting it to the MobiShop Administrator and the Supply Chain Team & Monthly Physical Stock taking
Together with respective HoD and HR, staff planning and recruiting, with special focus on recruitment and retention of Sales Agents
Adapting Companywide policies to Area realities and ensuring smooth information flow
Reporting the progress of Area related activities to the Area
Representing Mobisol within the Area and to third parties
Assist in assessment of risks involved with new initiatives, ensuring deadline compliance and readiness to handle unexpected situations
Ensuring qualitative and on time installations and maintenance cases
Providing maintenance forecast to Service Network Manager
Ensuring that the SAs/IT/MTs are trained, coached and the quality of their work monitored.
Maintaining inventory of Maintenance Technicians' spare parts stock
Call to client clarifying contractual liabilities; clarify repossession options. Field visits, last ultimatum
Repossession
Gathering benchmark data
Supporting the analysis of causes for portfolio deteriorations
Providing regular portfolio, compliance and routing
Job Requirements
Required education
: Bachelor's degree
Required relevant work experience
: 12 months
Required languages:
