The job holder will be responsible for ensuring areasalesrevenues are continuously enhanced to maximize returns on investment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and marketing expense controls.
Execute said plan and meet sales goals. Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
Oversee the activities and performance of the sales teamand provide ongoingtraining of the salespeople. Assist in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoringofsales representatives.
Develop new avenues of marketing and lead generation.
Equip the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledgeeducation.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with prospective consumers andother related industries to help strengthen partnerships.
Leverage the existing network and expand the company's product reachandrepeatbusiness through relationship building and exceptional customer experience.
Collaborate with the team to properly coordinate project implementation, andcustomer service support interface, and proactively address problems/customerissues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
Strategic reporting on all sales activities including sales and prospectingactivities, sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
A diploma/degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field – from a reputable institution.
A minimum of 3 years proven experience handling Fast-Moving Consumer Goods. (FMCG) with at least 1 year's experience managing and directing a sales team.
Spoken and written English communication with the highest standardsofprofessionalism is required. Proficiency in customer relationship management.
Must be a fast learner, highly self-motivated, capable of producing high-impactwork without supervision, adaptable, and self-confident.
Creativity to solve problems and develop ideas to improve workflowandefficiency.
Mental and emotional fortitude to thrive in a fast pace, high-production, performance-driven environment.
