Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:
Plan, create, and execute targeted digital campaigns (e.g., email, social media, PPC, SEO) to effectively promote services across various sectors, reflecting the breadth of industries supported.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools to maximize ROI and achieve results.
Sector-Specific Engagement:
Participate in sector-focused forums, webinars, and online communities to strengthen organizational visibility and influence.
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Develop and implement strategies for generating high-quality leads through digital channels.
Work with the sales team to qualify and nurture leads through the sales funnel, converting them into long-term partnerships.
CRM Management:
Configure, maintain and effectively use the CRM system to support sales and marketing goals.
Organize and analyze data to provide insights that will improve strategies for client engagement and growth.
Promotion of Products and Services:
Create and distribute engaging digital content (e.g., blogs, videos, newsletters) that highlights the organization's offerings within the sectors.
Build and maintain a robust digital presence across social media platforms and other online tools.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align on goals and strategies.
Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, lead quality, and key engagement metrics.
Market Analysis Reporting and Insights:
Track and report on market performance metrics, including customer acquisition trends, market share growth, and competitive positioning.
Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of market strategies and campaigns, identifying opportunities for refinement and optimization.
Continuous Learning and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, digital tools, and best practices in marketing and sales.
Participate in relevant training, workshops, and learning opportunities to enhance skills.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization's mission and objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a field related to the respective sector (e.g. Geography, Economics, Social work, Disaster Management, International Relations, Public Health, Environmental science, Finance, Political Science, Public Administration, Social Work, Community Development, Engineering, Agriculture, or equivalent).
Certification in digital marketing ismandatory.
Minimum of 1 year experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience in Customer service, Sales and marketing is an added advantage.
Proficient in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective digital sales strategies aligned with sector-specific goals and objectives.
