Drive sales excellence in the area by working with Field Sales Manager in support of the Field Agents. The key responsibility is to support the Field Sales Manager in recruitment, training and supporting the field sales team.
Work with Field Sales Manager in achieving sales targets for the area.
Assist Field Sales Manager in the recruitment and training of Field Agents.
Accompany Field Agents in the field and provide support and guidance.
Provide support to the Retail Agent in running of the shop.
Relieve both Retail Agents and the Field Sales Managers when they are off duty.
Be on the lookout for changes in market and product demands.
Explore market opportunities and keep close eye on competitive activities.
Academic Qualification & Work Experience
Experience from working in rural areas is a requirement.
A diploma or degree in an academic field is an added advantage.
Experience from managing sales teams is a significant advantage.
Excellence in team building and motivational skills.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Good planning and organizational skills.
