Assistant Operations Manager At Safisha-Sundries Bargain Ltd

We're looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Operations Manager assist the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the organization. Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures and collaborate with various teams to optimize processes and achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the planning and execution of operational strategies, implementing process improvements, and managing operational resources.
Supervising and coordinating operational staff, conducting performance evaluations, and assisting with recruitment and training.
Monitoring and ensuring adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Overseeing the flow of goods, materials, and supplies, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and timely delivery.
Overseeing dispatch and warehousing of finished goods.
Implementing and enforcing quality control standards to ensure product or service quality and customer satisfaction.
Assisting with budget planning and cost control, monitoring operational expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Preparing regular reports on operational performance, tracking key metrics, and maintaining accurate records.
Identifying and resolving operational issues, ensuring efficient resolution of challenges and improvements in processes.
Working with other departments to improve overall business performance and customer satisfaction.
Identifying and implementing process improvements, contributing to a culture of continuous operational excellence.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, or related areas.
Minimum eight years proven operation/service management or equivalent.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, including prioritization of work and time management.
Experience of negotiating with external suppliers to secure the best service deals.
