They are seeking a proactive and technically inclined Assistant Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of Security and ICT projects.
Working closely with the Project Coordinator and technical teams, the successful candidate will help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of Security and ICT projects.
Assist in developing project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
Coordinate daily activities of field engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Track project progress and follow up on outstanding activities to ensure deadlines are achieved.
Coordinate project kick-off meetings and site mobilization activities.
Site Operations Coordinate site surveys, installations, testing, commissioning, and project handovers.
Ensure technical teams have the required equipment, materials, documentation, and site access.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues affecting project delivery.
Support quality inspections to ensure installations meet approved specifications and client expectations.
Client Stakeholder Coordination Serve as the primary coordination point between clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and monitor action items to completion.
Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate project documentation, including work schedules, site reports, progress reports, variation requests, and completion records.
Prepare regular project status updates highlighting milestones, risks, challenges, and corrective actions.
Ensure all project documentation is complete, organized, and readily accessible.
Logistics Resource Management Coordinate procurement requests and monitor delivery of equipment and materials to project sites.
Track project inventory and support reconciliation upon project completion.
Coordinate transport, accommodation (where applicable), permits, and site access for project teams.
Quality, Safety Compliance Support implementation of quality assurance procedures throughout project execution.
Identify potential project risks, delays, and technical challenges and escalate appropriately.
Promote compliance with company Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) policies and client requirements.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in project coordination, project support, or technical operations within the Security Systems, ICT, ELV, Telecommunications, or Systems Integration industry .
Experience coordinating technical teams and multiple project activities simultaneously.
Good understanding of project coordination principles and project lifecycle management.
Experience preparing project documentation, schedules, reports, and progress updates.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or the ability to interpret technical drawings is desirable.
Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
