Role Overview:
Mwananchi Credit is seeking a results-driven and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive business growth through excellent customer service and strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily branch operations and ensure optimal performance across all teams.
Drive branch sales targets, expand the customer base, and identify local growth opportunities.
Enforce compliance with all internal policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of service quality.
Monitor and analyze branch financial reports, budgets, and operational data to ensure profitability.
Provide leadership, training, and development to branch staff to foster a productive and accountable work environment.

Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience, preferably in a microfinance or financial institution.
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with strong decision-making and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of financial products and customer service best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
