3. BRANCH SUPERVISORS – FIVE (5) POSITIONS

Qualifications
• Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent.
• Certificate in computer applications.
• At least 2 years working experience in a busy Customer Care environment.
• Willing to learn and patiently able to handle high pressure environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Below 30 years.

Responsibilities
• Planning the daily work schedule of the branches
• In charge of enrollments and debt collection of the branches
• Will lead and support all support staff of the branches
• Will be in charge of controlling activities of the branches
• Will be the link pin between the management and other staff
• Will enforce discipline at the work place
