Job SummaryThe Business development and marketing manager shall be responsible for the marketing and business development activities while ensuring that services and products proposition are in line with customers’ preferences and market realities.ResponsibilitiesIn charge of all Sacco business development activities in liaison with the Branch ManagersManaging all Demand creation and marketing execution activities for the Sacco. Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products and customer needs and insights. In liaison with the CEO, developing the marketing strategy for the Sacco in line with the grand institutional objectives. Manage Sacco products performance and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS.Must be a holder of business related degree preferably marketing option from recognized University. Professional qualification from Chartered Institute of marketing will be an added advantage. Must have attained C+ in KCSE Must be a computer literate.
