Business Development Manager
Human Resource and Admin Department
Preparations and submission of completed bids to existing and prospective clients on time and within the company Budget.
Maintain and Update a Client Data base with client ranking.
Pursue business opportunities in both the private and public sector via RFP/RFQ and advertised tenders and intelligence
Manage business relationships with existing and potential clients by ensuring that clients’ needs are met.
Daily/Weekly & Monthly Reporting on the above as may be required by the Business Development Manager.
Microsoft Office suite
A Diploma from a recognised institution
Experience: Four years in a similar role
Energetic creative honest , reliable and a good time keeper
Structured and methodical in approach
Able to produce timely & accurate reports
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to work on own initiative
Takes a proactive approach
Ability to complete tasks
Flexible to changing circumstances
Apply best practice wherever possible
Excellent communication skills and outstanding attention to detail.
To source and maintain clients for the growth and development of the company.
