Guided by principles of faith, unity, and financial stewardship, the SACCO provides members with opportunities to grow their savings, access loans, and benefit from group financial empowerment programs such as chamas and investment schemes.With a vision to promote financial freedom and economic stability, Koinonia SACCO is committed to fostering self-reliance, responsible financial management, and sustainable community development.The Role You will be responsible for : Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.Working closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues.Performing root cause analysis of issues and non-compliance of service levels and work with various stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.Developing account plans to enhance service delivery.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
