We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for managing overall sales activities Focusing on Fintech sectors along with other sectors in Kenya. In addition to sourcing leads and turning them to clients reaching sales quota, developing new business and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Assists in developing sales strategies & manage sales forecasting to achieve growth objectives and enhance overall sales achievement with customers.
Sells Cequens products and service to potential /existing clients.

Prospects and identifies new leads and pitches to the clients.

Provides client service to existing customers. They are required to manage all aspects of customer relationships.

Developing pricing structures and payment options.

Identifying potential clients, Contact and conduct initial follow-ups on sales prospects & preparation of sales proposal.

Achieve Company Financial objectives

Assist customers to properly select the best solution for their application through gaining a clear understanding of their businesses requirements & prepare their offers, professional presentation, demonstrate excellent closing skills, Establish and maintain good working relationships with them to encourage repeat and referral business.

Identify trends in the market. Monitor and provide regular feedback about competitor activities & prices, market trends and lost sales.

Ensure the usage and update of CRM customer data and quotations. Build and maintain customer relationships through effective database management & resolve their problems.

Ability to sell a variety of complex solutions.

Sell business added value of our solutions and return on investment (ROI) for the client.

Job Requirements
Required education
: Bachelor's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 3 years

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
