Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Strategy:
Develop and implement a business development strategy aligned with the firm's goals for revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify target markets, sectors, and potential clients to pursue for audit, tax, and advisory services.
Work closely with senior management to create and execute marketing and sales plans.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Actively prospect, identify, and engage new clients through networking, cold calls, and industry events.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the value of the firm's services to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.
Analyze potential client needs, industry developments, and economic trends to inform business development strategies.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development activities, opportunities, and market conditions.
Brand & Marketing Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the firm's visibility through campaigns, events, and thought leadership activities.
Represent the firm at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote our firm services and build industry contacts.
Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and case studies that highlight the firm expertise.
Partnerships & Alliances:
Develop strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, business networks, and professional associations to increase the firm reach and influence.
Manage relationships with referral sources and build alliances to enhance firm's business development efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably within the professional services, audit, or tax sectors.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies that drive revenue growth.
Strong knowledge of the audit, tax, and consultancy industries, including understanding of client needs and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, industry leaders, and internal teams.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
