Key responsibilities
1.
Market segmentation and mapping of the medical center’s environs
2.
Initiating and implementing a marketing and sales plan under the
supervision of the Chief Medical Officer
3.
Initiating, organizing and coordinating marketing and sales activities
for the medical center
4.
Establishing and maintaining new and existing relationships with
potential and existing clientele
5.Increasing visits to the medical centre
6. Gathering insights from the target clientele pool and communicating this to the team so as to advise strategy modifications
Desired competencies and attributes
1.
Diploma in a business related field. Degree will be an added advantage. A
marketing/sales specific course would be an added advantage.

Passion for sales and marketing
3.
Confidence and an outgoing, pleasant personality an absolute necessity as
the job involves numerous first time interactions with varying clientele
4.
Innovation & Creativity – to know how to market effectively in these
changing (COVID-19) times.
