What You'll Be Doing
As our first sales team member working during European hours, you'll close and grow pipeline for companies based in the UK and Europe – eCommerce brands, software providers, FinTech companies and marketplaces, all selling globally.
What you'll be doing:
Own your pipeline:Engage with warm inbound leads and manage early-stage deal flow in collaboration with our closers. Retrieve context and ensure a successful handover.
Close deals:Perform 'solution sales' with a segment of your leads. Set up clients for long-term success with the correct solution design.
Create new pipeline:Drive both inbound and outbound prospecting and lead generation to build a high-quality B2B pipeline.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an ambitious professional with 4+ years of proven success in a B2B sales environment. You'll need to be a curious, fast learner who finds a way to close deals in a high-autonomy environment.
Strong English Communication:You must have native-level English proficiency (verbal and written) to confidently operate and thrive in conversations with AU/UK stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers.
Startup/Fast-Growth Experience:You're comfortable navigating fast-growth, high-change sales environments. Experience working in a startup or a similarly rapid scaling environment is a huge plus.
B2B Sales Experience:You have a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally with some full-cycle experience.
Tech Savvy:Comfortable using HubSpot (or a similar CRM) to manage tasks and deal flow.
