Job Responsibilities
• Drive a high volume of sales by managing the complete sales process from prospecting to close
• Engage and develop relationships within the insurance sector players
• Must be a hunter to drive net new business
• Develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
• Schedule and run online and face to face product demonstrations for client prospects
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize day to day activities to ensure sales targets and goals are met
• Coordinate with the technology team to develop features based on client feedback
• Self-management, taking responsibility for your success
• Proficiency in online marketing strategies and social media
Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent education
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Prior experience in Software sales is an added advantage
• Ability to work and coordinate multiple projects and sales cycles simultaneously
• Knowledge of insurance and IT skills is a plus
• Experience in providing presentations demonstrating technology both online and face-to-face
