Job Summary:
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the job holder the key responsibilities will be:
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Answering incoming phone calls,
2. Responding to enquires,
3. Reporting and resolving problems and complaints via phone, mail and social media in a high-volume contact center setting.
Qualifications
1. Diploma from a recognized Institution of Leaning;
2. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Swahili;
3. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
4. Must have worked in Stima Sacco continuously for the last one (1) year.
5. Excellent data entry and typing skills.
6. Customer focus.
7. Excellent keyboard and data entry skills.
8. Good telephone manner with a clear speaking voice – as most of their work will be done over the telephone.
9. Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with the customer.
10. Ability to work well in a team.
11. Ability to multitask.
