Chief Executive Officer

The Kenya Hospital Association (trading as The Nairobi Hospital), a premier regional healthcare institution in East & Central Africa, is seeking to recruit an exceptional leader to serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).This pivotal role reports to the Board of Management and is responsible for providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and leadership to ensure the hospital maintains its position as a leader in healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities Drive the development and execution of long- and short-term strategies.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and patient-centered care.
Foster strong stakeholder relationships with partners, government, and the community.
Ensure prudent financial management and sustainable growth.
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
Qualifying Requirements A Masters Degree in Strategic Management, Healthcare Management, Leadership, Governance or any other relevant field.
A Bachelors degree in Medical/Clinical Studies, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
At least 15 years' executive management experience, preferably in the health sector.
Proven expertise in strategic leadership, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
A track record of driving innovation and achieving operational excellence.
