CHIEF SUPERINTENDING ENGINEER (STRUCTURAL), JOB GROUP 'P' ONE (1) POST(ENGINEER MUNICIPALITY)
Terms of Services: Five (5) years contract (Renewable)
Design, detailing and site supervision of structures in various materials and forms of constructions; liaison with Architects and Ministries on project development;
Checking and monitoring projects designed by consulting engineers; and
Direction and control of engineers and structural assistant working in the specic projects.
Requirements for appointment
A Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and relevant qualication from a recognized institution;
Been registered by Engineers Registration Board of Kenya (ERB);
Current valid annual Practicing License from the Engineers Registration Board of Kenya;
Corporate membership with the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK); and
Demonstrate general administrative ability required for direction, control and implementation of structural programmed including supervision of professional and technical staff; and shown merit and ability as reected in work performance and results.
