The Cleaner carries out cleaning and simple maintenance duties, in order to keep the offices and facilities in a clean and orderly condition.
Job Description:
Cleaning:
Cleans, stocks and supplies designated office / facility areas (by dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
Performs and documents routine inspection, cleaning and maintenance activities
Stocks and maintains cleaning supplies
May carry out heavier cleansing tasks and special projects
Repairs:
Notifies management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make small adjustments and minor repairs
Other duties:
May be asked tundertake any other reasonable duties / requests related tfacility management
Basic education
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Ability thandle heavies cleaning equipment and machinery
