Our client is a fast casual dining restaurant located in Thika. They seek to hire a cleaner responsible for cleaning any areas assigned, stocking and supplying designated facility areas. All responsibilities are completed following safe work practices and infection control procedures

Our client is a fast casual dining restaurant located in Thika. They seek to hire a cleaner responsible for cleaning any areas assigned, stocking and supplying designated facility areas. All responsibilities are completed following safe work practices and infection control procedures

Key Responsibilities
• Perform general cleaning services of a routine nature.
• Operate appropriate cleaning equipment and utilize proper cleaning chemicals, safely.
• Wash, mop and polish the floors of assigned restaurant areas.
• Dust and wipe all counters, shelves, and tables, as required.
• Inspect and unclog all sink drains and remove garbage, efficiently.
• Report shortage of equipment and supplies to supervisor and ensure their requisition.
• Follow health and safety regulation.

Qualifications
• Must have KCSE grade C- and above and a certificate in any relevant field
• Good communication skills (Oral and written) in both English and Kiswahili
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment
• Over one year working experience in a similar position
• General knowledge of cleaning products and procedures
• Social friendly and of high Integrity
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
