General Description:
Client Relations Officers handle the concerns of our clients who express interest in our services. They work to rectify issues experienced by clients as well as aim to improve the organization’s overall customer satisfaction ratings. They bring in deals to generate revenue for the company.
Specific Duties:
• Working closely with the Sales Manager to ensure that you understand your goals and set objectives as well as action plans.
• Understanding client concerns through active listening and offering solutions to the client.
• Build long lasting beneficial relationships with clients.
• Attract as many clients as possible to benefit from our services. Targets will be set higher than for the entry level Client relations officer.
• Keep a great communication system within the sales team and also with external stakeholders.
• Capitalize on referral systems to get new clients.
• Contribute to the team by suggesting new ideas daily on how you can improve individually and as a team.
• Any other duty as assigned by your supervisor.
Education and requirements
• Degree in communication/Business related course/ public relations/marketing.
• Proven 2yrs experience in Sales roles with positive results.
• Great to have strong communication skills (verbal and written) and customer relations experience.
• Must be proactive in reaching out to new clients. Have a great understanding of the sales process.
• Must be self – motivated and a self – starter.
• Must be willing to learn and grow together with the team.
• Must be able to work well even under pressure.
• Must be open to change and be very flexible.
• Must be creative and utilize their skills to better themselves and the company at large.
• Must have high energy levels to keep up with our current demand of work.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have great attention to detail.
