The OfferOpportunity within a company with a solid track record of performanceJoin a market leader in IT SolutionsLeadership RoleThe Job You will be responsible for : Building strong client relationships by providing customers with ongoing support and regular sharing of best practices, insights, and product knowledge.Partnering with the sales team to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully.Identifying opportunities across the customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.Ensuring a high level of customer renewals.Building strong product expertise and providing training & ongoing support as required.Providing feedback and advocacy on customer pain-points to internal teams.Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.The ProfileYou have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Success or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Ecommerce / Marketplaces, IT Infrastructure / Blockchain / Cloud Computing and IT Services industry.You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You have working knowledge of upsellingYou are a strong networker & relationship builderYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.The EmployerOur client is a results driven web & mobile solutions company which brings to you modern web technologies architecting enterprise Internet solutions essential for businesses the world over.
