You shall be charged with identifying and selling to prospects, maintaining relationships with clients, develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote our services.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain good relationships with all customers
Ensure customer documentation and License Agreements are completed and renewed on time
Ensuring that all accounts assigned to you are well maintained including timely monthly rent collection, services and amenities are well serviced and maintained.

Understand the challenges faced by customers and provide appropriate solutions to their concerns
Meet regularly with customers to obtain feedback and discuss the organization’s services
Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.

Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, developing relationships, and recommending solutions.

Maintaining supplies, basic bookkeeping and keeping an ongoing record of supplies

Updating databases and using customer relationship management system (CRM).

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization's standards

Develop and implement initiatives that will help improve customer service standards and generate additional revenue for the business.

Devising and presenting ideas and sales strategies.

Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, developing relationships, and recommending solutions

Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

Respond to queries and customer feedback on social media and management software platforms

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing the organization's standards and culture

Attend and provide support in the organization and implementation of all in-house events.

Job Requirements
Required education
: Bachelor's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 2 years

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)

Compensation
Salary range:KSh30,000 - KSh70,000
5% commission on every new sale payable monthly for duration of the client's tenancy.
