Community Manager

Duties:
Supervision of premises and ensure safety for assists and community
Customer service - Ensuring that guests and community patrons are well served on all shared services
Ensure that the house Keepers and Caretaker have all the required working tool and materials and supervise their work.
Opening and closing of the offices and ensuring that customers are shown around.
Executing the contracts signed and ensuring appropriate filing of the same.
Ensuring all office Office administration duties are done.
Ensuring all licenses are renewed promptly.
Community Manager overseeing the daily running of the co-working space and point of contact with clients.
