Key Responsibilities:
As a Consultant Trainer in ERP System Design and Implementation, you will:
Develop and Deliver Comprehensive ERP Training:
Create and facilitate training programs covering ERP system design, configuration, and implementation processes.
Deliver sessions tailored to a variety of ERP platforms, including SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, and Sage.
Guide Practical Implementation Techniques:
Provide hands-on exercises, case studies, and simulations that replicate real-world ERP implementation challenges.
Teach participants how to align ERP systems with business processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Update and Refine Course Materials:
Continuously update training content to reflect advancements in ERP technology and industry trends.
Incorporate best practices for implementation, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
Share Insights from Leading ERP Platforms:
Offer in-depth expertise on popular ERP systems, highlighting unique features, integration techniques, and implementation strategies.
Help participants understand the comparative benefits of leading ERPs like SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and others.
Foster a Collaborative Learning Environment:
Use interactive teaching methods, including group discussions, simulations, and team projects, to engage participants.
Ensure learners leave with actionable skills they can apply immediately in their organizations.
Minimum Qualifications and Professional Experience:
Educational Background:
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle ERP Cloud Implementation Specialist, or Microsoft Dynamics certifications) are highly desirable.
Professional Experience:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP system design, configuration, and implementation.
Proven expertise in one or more leading ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, or Sage.
Experience in training or consulting on ERP platforms is a strong advantage.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong knowledge of ERP system architecture, business process mapping, and integration methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical training.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
