**Key Responsibilities

Ensure that the client needs are met by :**
• Upselling of all H.R. related services to the client
• Business development - prospect and bring new clients.
• Follow up with the client to ensure client satisfaction
• Sends proposals to the client
• Ensures costings are done correctly
• Follows up with recruiters to ensure that all candidates are suitable for the roles
• Manages the client relationship
• Expands business within suitable clients
• Involved with interviewing of suitable candidates for the client when required
• When required: will source suitable candidates from the relevant databases
• Follows up with the client to ensure satisfaction
• Responsible for meet targets as set from time to time
• Responsible for the creation of pipelines within the business
• Negotiating deals
• Closing of deals
• Managing client satisfaction
• Interpretation of clients needs into tangible solutions
• Creation of presentations when required

• Commercial understanding of the market in which they operate

• 5 years plus years in a consulting /sales environment within a similar industry. HR. Related
• Experience in B2B selling
