Job Description/Requirements
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through counter sales. He/sheMusthave at least2 years’ experience working in the same position in Automotive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Parts sales to new and established customer base over the retail counter, electronic mails, and telephone.
• Generate new sales of irregular and inactive customers through cold calling.
• Properly recording and reviewing of daily sales as well as aggressively upselling.
• Answer to customer walk in, telephone and email inquiries and follow to completion of the sale.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Increase customer base and review customer feedback on the level of service delivery.
• Servicing pending customers’ back orders.
• Generate quotations, orders, picking lists and closing of invoices with proper document filing.
• Submit lost sales reports and parts order list.
• Liaise with warehouse personnel to ensure timely and efficient removal of parts for a timely delivery.
• Record lost sales and forward to the inventory team leader for follow up.
• Filing accurately and neatly LPO’s and invoices for easy archiving.
• Update product knowledge by participating in educational and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
•Musta relevant Diploma in Business Management or Mechanical.
•Musthave at least2 years’ experience work in a similar position.
•Mustbe customer oriented.
•Mustbe a problem solver.
•Musthave strong presentation skills.
Monthly Gross Salary:Ksh. 55,000 – 70,000 /= (Approx. (550 - 700 USD) depending on individual skills and experience.
Career Level:Junior Level.
Education:Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma Certificate.
