Reporting to the OVC & DREAMS Service Delivery Manager (for Kisumu) and Senior Technical Officer (other counties), the County OVC Project Officer will monitor and report on all project activities related to OVC service delivery. The County OVC PO will be the project focal person at county level in Bungoma, Busia, Kakamega and Siaya Counties, working closely with County government and partners and coordinating project efforts to build partner capacity in OVC service delivery. The County OVC PO is expected to have thorough knowledge and experience in OVC service delivery, Kenyan social service sector, health systems and county child protection system. He/she must demonstrate service-oriented approach that will ensure that the project consistently applies best practices and constantly works towards improving the impact of its benefits to OVC and their families.
