Job Summary

We are looking for a CPA/ACCA qualified accountant to join our accounting department. The accountant will assist in preparing, reviewing and analyzing financial reports of the company.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of monthly accounts
File statutory returns (VAT/ PAYE/ NSSF/NHIF)
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
Recording and maintaining the accounting transactions
Maintain and reconcile bank accounts on regular basis
Petty cash management
Auditing and verifying documents
Stock take
Following internal controls
Manage accounts payable
Manage Imports and exports accounts documentation

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, business administration, accounting or any other related field
CPA/ACCA certification
Knowledge on Sage evolution
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Accounting experience for 2 years
