Principal Responsibilities
Full ownership of creative content including ideation, design, production and distribution of corporate marketing content for BURN
Developing and executing creative work (Film, Still, Brochures, Newsletters, Fliers etc.) that fulfil the organizations objectives
Designing and producing product catalogues and promotional brochures
Creating new website content
Managing website
The Creative manager will work closely with the CEO. In-house graphic designer and commercial marketing team
Ensure that all artwork work is delivered according to brand and corporate identity guidelines
Working to short deadlines and fast turnaround times
Constructing Artwork master templates for use throughout the organization
Establishes and implements design and format standards and processes to produce consistent and high-quality results
The ideal candidate will have all the technical skills required so that all work can be completed in-house. Where not possible, the creative director will select and manage third-party vendors
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
Oversee the designing and execution of quarterly digital campaigns aimed at enhancing the brands position in the market or products uptake
Through collaborating with the internal teams and stakeholders, create and optimize content for digital distribution
Desired Experience
Previous Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a related industry
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
Flawless English Language skills
2 years Videography
2 years website management
Creative thinker able to influence target demographic
