Credit Officers/Logbook Sales Agents

Bidii Credit is Kenya’s premier SME and Consumer Lender. To support the growth of our business, we are looking to energetic and results oriented Credit Officers/sales agents to join our branches in Nairobi CBD, Ngong Road, Embakasi, Rongai, Kitengela, Machakos, Kajiado, Ruiru, Thika, Nyeri and Mombasa. You will join a vibrant company that seeks to change the credit landscape in Kenya.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Identify and onboard new customers
2. Meet individual disbursement and collection targets
3. Provide advisory services to customers on prudent use of credit
4. Continuous customer engagement
The ideal candidate should: –
1. Have experience in sales
2. Have excellent interpersonal and communications skills
3. Be results oriented with high energy levels
Payment is commission based at 3% below 500,000 disbursement and above 500,000 will also add a retainer
