Tech Stack Oversight : Make key decisions around .NET architecture, front-end framework, deployment, and integration.
CI/CD Implementation : Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous and reliable deployment of code.
Product Development : Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to refine, develop, and roll out high-impact solutions.
Technical Best Practices : Establish and maintain coding standards, testing protocols, and documentation to ensure quality and reliability.
The Profile Qualifications : 5+ Years in Software Development with a strong focus on .NET, HTML, and TypeScript.
Proven Leadership Experience , especially in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
Full Stack Expertise with hands-on experience in both backend (.NET) and front-end (HTML, TypeScript) development.
CI/CD Proficiency : Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.
Problem-Solving Mindset : Ability to troubleshoot, innovate, and make sound decisions in a startup environment.
Strong Communication Skills : Comfort in explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
