Job Description

Key duties and Responsibilities:

·Participate in or facilitate curriculum review committees.

·Select textbooks and other instructional materials for districtwide implementation.

·Set expectations for which parts of the curriculum must be covered within the school year.

·Stay informed of trends in instructional methods and educational technology.

·Assist teachers in incorporating new technology into their lessons.

·Provide feedback to teachers based on individual observation and student performance data.

·Use data to monitor district performance in meeting externally imposed standards.

·Write grant proposals related to curriculum and instructional matters.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

·Holder of degree or Diploma in Education or equivalent qualification

·Must have a proven track record in educational leadership including school administration, classroom instruction, lesson plans, pupil assessment and staff development.

·Experience as aschool principalfor at least 3 years in a reputable institution.

·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enables open communication with parents, teachers and learners.

·A self-motivated, energetic person who enjoys working in a busy and dynamic working environment.

·The flexibility to learn and adapt to new cultures.

·Demonstrates ability to think and act critically, creatively and independently.

·Computer proficiency in Microsoft packages

Salaries and Benefits :

·Salaries will be at par with the industry standards and a fully furnished housing will be provided along transportation.

·Return annual tickets will be given every year for the home country.
