Are you a recent graduate eager to gain real-world experience in a professional customer service environment? We're looking for an organized and proactive intern who's ready to learn. Graduates from IT-related fields are preferred, as the role involves working in technical support environment.
In this role, you'll help coordinate technical requests, assist in responding to customers via phone, email, and walk-ins, and support follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
This is a 3-month internship with the potential for a full-time position upon successful completion. A monthly stipend will be provided.
