Responsibilities
Manage Africa CS organization, supervise, coordinate and guide
Have a major contribution in bioMérieux business development by leading strategic initiatives related to customer satisfaction, sales increase, cost containment.
Create new methods (CS organization, processes… ) having a direct impact on company strategy and profitability
Drive resolutions of complex situations
Ability to communicate in complex environment and negotiate frequently on problematics with internal or external partners
Within the Africa Region ExCom, build the objectives and the means for the Africa organization, be accountable with his/her peers on the overall entity budget
Align Africa local strategy with Global Customer Service vision
Propose organization transformation to support business needs
