Introduction
Reporting to Assistant Manager - Customer Service the job holder will optimally carry out business processing in the department and ensure that customer standards are met.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
Any Business Degree
Entry Level

Experience:
One year in Insurance Industry
Product knowledge and functions of the various departments

Job Specification...
Ensure completeness of insurance documentations-KYC
Prepare Renewal lists and process renewal notices
Premiums Processing
Process underwriting documentations
Prepare policy documents/ contracts
Respond to inter departmental queries and complaints in a timely manner
Assist in credit control by ensuring no unpaid business is not booked
Membership Management- Deletions, additions, member lists, deactivation letters etc.
Preparation of Medical cards, activation, deactivation, issuance etc.
New medical scheme set ups- completion of contract files, payments, member lists etc.
Keep motor certificates allocated safely and make monthly declarations of usage
Preparation and issuance of motor certificates and yellow cards for fleets
Tracking Bonds
