Duties and Responsibilities
Offering excellent customer service to both external and internal customers
Manage communication with both internal and external customers
Implementation of the set policies and procedures
Contribute to the growth of sales through walk-in customers and telesales
Prepare sales data analysis and customer feedback reports
Track outstanding invoices, send reminders, and escalate overdue payments as needed.
Prepare basic financial summaries or expense reports.
Maintain a high level of discretion when handling financial and company-sensitive information.
Any other duty as allocated by the supervisor.
Key Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Service, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Bachelor's degree or a diploma in Business Administration or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under minimal supervision
Discretion and professionalism in all interactions
Work with deadlines
